![]() When I do audio tests the meter indicates that it is producing sounds, but I hear nothing from my speakers (keep in mind, after installing the driver the PCI Simple Communications Controller is still flagged). So I downloaded the newest driver from the Creative website and installed it, then I can't hear anything at all. I figured this might be a problem because W10 isn't installing the newest driver, for whatever reason. Audio is coming out of my speakers (a 5.1 system) but I can't get the rear speakers to work even when I use the Windows configuration utility to set it up for 5.1. When I scroll down to Sound it shows Creative X-fi without any issues. I checked the Device Manager only to see that something called PCI Simple Communications Controller (I'm assuming that's the sound card) is flagged It keeps saying there is no compatible hardware installed. ![]() It's worked perfectly on Windows XP, 7 and 8.1, but now there are some weird issues thatįor one, I can't access the Creative Control Panel. I have the Creative SB X-Fi Titanium sound card. Everything went smoothly with a little tweaking except for my audio. Hi! So I upgraded to Windows 10 a few days ago.
